Teenagers step out on Epsom Downs for child cancer charity
12:57pm Monday 15th March 2010

An army of teenagers is promoting a charity walk this weekend in memory of a friend who died of breast cancer at the age of 16.
Emma Brandon’s friends got together to form Emma’s Army and raise funds for Emma’s teenager cancer charity, Emma’s Bubble Trust, after her premature death in December 2007.
They are now hosting a sponsored walk in the Epsom Downs, to raise awareness of teenager cancer and money for the cause.
Emma’s Bubble Trust will have a gazebo near the Lunch Box in the Epsom Downs for participants to register or make a donation and purchase goods.
Participants can complete as many circuits as they wish and each circuit takes about half an hour. The walk will take place on Sunday, March 21, from 11am to 3pm and the start point will be the Lunch Box car park.
